Wow! With so much on the market and still low interest rates...where are all the buyes? Sure some are holding back, some are in the negative, but this is a great time to find some bargain properties. Many sellers are willing to go for a fast close and cash deal if they can unload a property.  I have seen this happen a few times and know that the buyers are in the driving seat.. So, buyers step up and accumulate some great properties now!
