After taking a three day course on Pricing and Positioning, I am boggled about  the buyers market.  Where are the buyers?  Prices have now come down to a low and manageable purchase price with low interest mortgage rates.  So, where have all the buyers gone?  With listings galore, I think the buyers may miss this great opportunity to buy while interest rtes are at their lowest.  Watch out buyers the rates are going up!
